By taking advantage of the existing high ceiling, we introduced a mezzanine study, maximizing space through careful, deliberate planning. The client, a single, active professional in the music and entertainment industry, works on a mobile laptop and values freedom of movement throughout the home.

With an ergonomics-driven focus, raw concrete is balanced with warm wood, creating a grounded industrial-minimalist atmosphere. Every design decision responds to real constraints such as budget, lifestyle, and the need for a flexible, portable workspace.
